SOR ITEM '00010: Man-day deputation charge for Siemens Engineer for the 1st year of contract: The charges shall be paid for the deputation of Siemens expert service engineer at IOCL Gujarat Refinery site for normal preventive maintenance visit,Unplanned maintenance & emergency troubleshooting for the 1st year of contract. Man-day charges shall be applicable for journey day for both to & fro journey. The unit for measurement for the same shall be "DAY". "DAY" represents any day of week from Monday to Saturday and normal working hours shall be 8 hours.Other terms & condition shall be as per SCC-T attached.
SOR ITEM '00020: Per Day Service charges for the 1st year of contract: Charges for 8 Hours working in a Sunday/Holiday.
SOR ITEM '00030: Extended Hours charge for the 1st year of contract: Extended hours charges shall be paid if job is extended beyond normal working hours of 8 hours per day. The unit for the measurement shall be "HOUR".
SOR ITEM '00040: To & Fro Transport,Lodging & Boarding Charges for the 1st year of contract:- Transport,Lodging & Boarding charges shall be inclusinve of all to & fro travel charges of service engineer from Siemens works to Gujarat Refinery site (to & Fro=1 trip) and lodging/Boarding of Siemens expert shall be in Siemens scope. The same will be reimbursed as per actual on production of documentary evidence. Other terms & condition shall be as per SCC-T attached.
