Repair to Qtr-3 of Fire Station building at Brahmagiri in the District of Puri for the year 2025-26.

Dismentalling and removing old lime or cement plaster from wall surface including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debrise away from the work site including all labour T&P articles . required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantlling and removing door, windows and ventilators including removing the frames hings fastering and stacking the same for reuse and refixing them after necessary repair etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debries within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing up window(sliding type) made up allumunium section 9778 as windows frame section no-4095,4096 asnd 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as pannel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangment including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes ,labour,T&P etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to new/old wood work and iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 20mm & down grade nominal size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road/ CD works including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work all labour charges etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm (1") thick grading concrete with C.C (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size h.b.g chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying concrete and ramming , watering curing including cost conveyance , royalty, taxes of materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

25mm thick Non sal wood or local teak wood ledged, braced and planked 25mm thick ledges and braces and 25mm thick ledges and braces and 25mm thick plank shutters completed with iron fittings. wooden hinged cleats fixed in position including fixing & cost, conveyance of wood, royality, taxes of materials all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatlling of G.C.I. or A.C. sheet rfoofing after carefully removal of the bolts and nuts inclduing stacking of the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries away from the work site etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantlling brick masonary or stone masonary in clay under 3.00mtrs height and stacking the useful materials etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of GCI Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys in position with cost, conveyance, taxes of A.C. sheets but excluding cost of fittings and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flyash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using flyash bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
