Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, insulation etc ) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thick ness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ levelling course of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile not exc 0.11 Sqm, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 450x300X7-8mm in vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) stone slab as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set in and incl.15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curvd on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new surfaces with 1mm thick wall putty and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of acrylic distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on Ceiling surface including salt, glue and blue etc. as required incl cleaning of glass panes, floor and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preperation of old painted plastered or stone surfaces of any description and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of asian paint or other equivelent as approved complete all as specified and directed b Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair 18mm thick WPC board one side prelaminated and other side plain white colour as in cup boad shutters and frames, kitchen cabinet front shutter, partion, shelf & drawer, fixed with screws, solvent cement/ adhesive complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F D-type cabinet handles premium quality, stainless steel 304/gloss chrome/SN finished 100mm long complete fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/floor or fixed to wall including necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement including fixing waste pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing of 15mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) together with all fittings heavy duty (ISI Marked ) (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair CP bib tap 15mm bore fancy type screwed for iron pipe complete with wall flange complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair CP angular stop cock chromium plated fancy type 15mm dia single way and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preperation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width of girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint(any tint/shade) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for preparation surface of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
