H-115: Sea water leakage observed from Port Main Engine Exhaust Bell Mouth Flange. Suspect Port Main Engine Exhaust Bell Mouth Flange Gasket worn out. All in way jobs include following:- (a) Blanking of exhaust outlet to maximum possible limit. (b) Tilt the vessel if necessary. (c) Dismantling of exhaust flap, disconnection and re-connection of cooling system pipes. (d) Disconnection of exhaust bellow to make access for envelope gaskets at bellow mouth face. (e) Refitment of exhaust flap with new gaskets, nut and bolts (HT) as required. (f) Testing of system, fitment of exhaust pipe with bellow.
