Repairs to 33/440V 1.6 MVA HT/LT Distribution Transformer of lift irrigation scheme Ijara by way of opening the lid of transformer with the help of crane due to its heavy weight to rectify the internal defect in it. The job includes the charge for replacement of damaged H.T bush rod along with bush cup both male & female (3no). The job also includes the charge for tapping of internal connection with proper insulation. The job also requires Neoprene Rubberized Gasket Sheet 3mm thick over top of transformer. The job also includes the charge for providing and filling of T-oil 33KV (120 Ltr). Then fitting back lid of transformer properly with the help of skilled labour, crane & other tools & tackles for the completion of work & tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for tighting of L.T wire properly hanging on poles from transformer to station near about 150 ft with the help of skilled/Manual labours, ladder, rope and other tools & tackles. The firm should have experience of H.T transformer.
