REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP FOR PRC,SRC AND OTHER UNIT AT GE RAMGARH CANTT

Charpoy GI Ply top- FD-220 : Taking out old unserviceable broken ply of charpoy GI supply & fixing with 12mm thick commercial ISI Marked ply wood over charpoy with 10 Nos of nut and bolt with washer making 02 Nos of hole on long rail, 02 Nos of hole on short rail cleat and 02 Nos of hole on each stiffener of GI Charpoy all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of new long rail of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade complete duly threading all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Converting retrieved damaged long rail into one short rails & one leg from each long rail and making thread as per drg and replacing the unserviceable short rail/leg with converted rail/leg of Charpoy GI Pipe including supply & fixing MS clamp for MNF Set and welding 3mm thick MS plain black sheet, 40 mm dia round shape of suitable size to 32mm bore at the bottom of leg as specified and shown on drg.

Converting legs of charpoy GI pipe from retrieved damaged short rail (one from each short rail) and making thread as per drg and replacing the unserviceable legs with converted serviceable leg of Charpoy GI Pipe including supply & fixing MS clamp for MNF Set and welding 3mm thick MS plain black sheet, 40mm dia round shape of suitable size to 32mm bore at the bottom of leg complete as specified and shown on drg.

Removing existing unserviceable 32 mm dia 3 way elbow of charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fixing only new 32 mm 3 way elbows ISI marked to GI charpoy complete as specified and shown on drg.

Removing existing unserviceable check nut 32mm dia GI from charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fixing only new check nut 32mm GI ISI marked in position as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of old unserviceable stiffner and S&F 02 nos new stiffner made of 35x5mm flat iron 900mm long made to shape shall be welded in frame for fixing of plywood shall be provided as per sample and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Charpoy IP hard Top (FD/MAP-II/01) : M & L for Removing/replacement of old unserviceable plywood top of Charpoy IP hard Top and supply and fixing with new 12 mm thick plywood (7 nos plies) BWR plywood (ISI marked) commercial grade and fixed with 08 Nos 40 mm long of 4mm dia Stainless steel nut and bolt, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Removing/replacement of old unserviceable MS flat iron Strip at the end of long Rail of Charpoy IP hard Top and supply new 08 mm thick MS flat iron Strip duly two threaded hole for 08mm dia bolt at required distance and fixed usising Arc welding and also provide 02 Nos 8mm dial 50mm long nut and bolt, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of PVC hard rubber shoes fixed at bottom four Nos. shoes of each leg of Charpoy IP hard Top, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
