M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces / newly plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces / newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of walls and cornices by booming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, stopping (filling of putty on holes, unveven surface) etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on the surface all as specified.

M&L for applying 2 mm (average) thickness white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface of wall all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on wall using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface all as specified. (Note :- The work shall be executed by authorised applicator of manufacturer of paints as approved by GE).

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts dust and loose paint etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint at height upto 12 mtr from ground level all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris from site to outsite MOD Land.
