Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Supply & installation of pre painted Galvalume sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-incharge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold rolled steel coated with Znic-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A 792/A782M, ASTMA90/A90M, ASTM AS 1937, ASTM A924/A92M, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ100, colour coated with high quality polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.60 mm thickness

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls (any thick-ness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutmets, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring shuttering and finishing - 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix: In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete.
