Ordinary rock

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).

Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance.

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm

Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. complete (excluding frame work) of size.Welded mesh 50 mmx 50 mm x 2.1 mm

P & F G.I. pipes (Internal Work) with G.I. Fittings excluding union (IS:1239 Mark) & MS clamps including cutting and making good the walls and floors: 50mm dia nominal bore B class

Electric Work

SITC of Single Stage, water cooled, High Speed (2880 RPM), Horizontal, Centrifugal, Openwell Submersible pumps set pre filled with coolent water and fitted with mechanical seal - T/C Vs T/C, Thrust bearing shall be of carbon + S.S.The stator body of single phase pump shall be of SS and rest of all shall be of cast iron. All casting parts should be cathod electro deposition (CED) coated and other construction material should be confirming to IS : 14220: 2018 . The overall performance of pump shall confirm to BEE energy efficiency level of 3 star. Valid BEE certificate from OEM must be submitted for the same. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011, including making connection etc as required complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR 10.0 Sq. mm 4 core
