Dismantling of existing rolling shutters of any description and in any position complete all as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet 0.63 mm thick in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched;including ground headed screws,clout nails or rivet and fixed to wood or steel framing withplain40mm lap jointswith riveted or welded seams,including bendingor turning up, mitred angles,etc. as required.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 18 mm thick one side decorative laminations and other side balancing laminations sheet consisting of carcass 18 mm thick PVC sheet and provision of shutters made out of 18 mm thick one side decorative laminates PVC sheet all required brackets SS Screw etc.the panel should be fabricated using adhesive and screws. All edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick PVC edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bend finish as per make and specifications mentioned as per drawing and specifications approved by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Refixing shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each in same opening. Refixing includes taking down easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceble screws etc. complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F factory made sollid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour pvc sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing in the frames at site factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. PVC door shutter shall be of make :- Rajshri Plastiwood / Sintex /Rotomould / Rotomatic.

S&F 100 mm Butt hinges ,extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type C-21 all as specified and directecd by Engr-in-charge.

S & F pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, etc. all as directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in sunken portionand above ground floors exc. 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below asd as directed by engr-in-charge:- (a) 15mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised vertical surface. (B) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles ,dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2x2 mm immidiately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hours (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatiuos grout (k) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer Make :- Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP NOTE : (i) The Treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers industreis and as directed by eng-in-charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be consider for payment. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
