M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling, plastered or unplastered and cornices, by brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered/ decorated surfaces of ceilings incl brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted of steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
