Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil-Mechanical means up to 3m depth

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) - Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable materials to the dumping ground , for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceble material with in 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer- in -charge

Flooring with Chequered cement concrete heavy duty tiles confirming to IS:13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300 X 300 x 25mm of any shades confirming to IS 1380-12013/IS 1237-2012 set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Supplying and fixing in position M.S.Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS-304 grade tubes, sections, plates, sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing, to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution.

Demolishing and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead - Unreinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness

Providing skirting to internal walls / risers of steps with Anti- skid Granite (Black ) 18-20 mm thick upto 2.43 M For stair case set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sq.m and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, etc., complete - for finished item of work.(No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). (Note: Unless otherwise laying of cladding is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply)

Supply, fixing, fabrication and Painting of MS tubes & Pipes of all diametres as per IS-1161 Including Labour charges for fabricating steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges including cost of fixing in position. including painting the grills with two coats over a primary coat red oxide metal primer (total three coats) with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint Gr-I of approved make and colour inlcuding cost and conveyance etc complete as directed during the execution of the work

Flooring with granite slabs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply) Multi red colour Granite 18-20 mm thick upto 2.43 M

Labour charges for laying & fixing of precast concrete blocks for paving of all grades, any thickness, all sizes & shapes including all labour charges for loading & unloading, laying to desired lines and levels complete excluding cost of cement, sand, water, electricity etc.,
