Taking out Runway light carefully from CI Transformer housing boxes by unscrewing nuts bolts and detaching isolating transformer and electrical connection repairing the same by opening Cover, re-wir-ing the Light Fitting with 2.5 Sqmm Copper Conductor Cable, multi-stranded, replacing unserviceable Parts as required/ordered, re-fix ing Light Fitting in Original Position after repaired and connecting up, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:– (a) Spare Parts such as Lamp, Holder, Isolating transformer, etc. wherever required will be measured and paid under appropriate Item(s) as ‘Supply only’. (b) Labour Element for replacement of unserviceable Parts is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking out unsv/burnt UG Control Cable/ Runway lighting cable of any cross sectional area etc laying in trenches all as specified and directed.

Taking out ATC Beacon from ATC Tower for repair and replacement of unsv component repair/rewinding of Synchronous motor and electrical connection repairing the same by opening Cover, re-wir-ing the Light Fitting with 2.5 Sqmm Copper Conductor Cable, multi-stranded, replacing unserviceable Parts as required/ordered, re-fix ing Beacon in Original Position after repaired and connecting up, complete all as specified and as directed. Segregation all parts of single phase 240 volts Synchronous Motor of any type, make and capacity obtained from item no 3 above, cutting & removing existing burnt/short circuited winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves and surfaces, rewinding the motor with superior quality enamelled copper winding wire of as original gauge, numbers of turns and coils including insulating material such as sleeves, cotton/PVC tape varnishing etc, reassembling the motor complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of unsv Constant current regulator panel at ATC CCR room by carefully opening of panel and removing unsv component and repair of unserviceable remote control desk ,including replacement of unserviceable IC,IGBT , Chip , IC Card,15 KW Transformer with panel control wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Servicing/Overhauling of 3 Phase, 3HP capacity Induction Motor alongwith movable housing with following others repairs :- (a) Taking out Motor and movable housing from its Position and disconnecting all Cable Connections. (b) Dismantaling of induction Motor complete Part by Part carefully, testing all Coils, degreasing bearing and display all the Parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the Serviceability of existing Parts. (c) Heating & Varnishing to Stator with super quality varnish and dried out properely with external heat as ordered and as directed. (d) Reassembeling the Motor complete with all existing Serviceable Parts obtained against Item 1(b), greasing the Bearing with bearing grease and new Parts as ordered by Engineer-in-Charge (New Parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item here-in after) (e) Reinstall the Motor at its existing Position, connecting all Cable connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: i) Any unforeseen Minor Repairs and Minor Parts which are required to complete the repair work for smooth functioning of Motor are deemed to be included with the Unit Rate and labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoated against this Item. (ii) Transportation of motor parts for machining, rewinding from work site to lathe shop (Work shop) are deemed to be included with the Unit Rate. (iii) Rewinding of Motor, any machine work where involved shall be measured and paid separetely against relevant Item of this Schedule.

(b) Dismantaling of induction Motor complete Part by Part carefully, testing all Coils, degreasing bearing and display all the Parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the Serviceability of existing Parts. (c) Heating & Varnishing to Stator with super quality varnish and dried out properely with external heat as ordered and as directed. (d) Reassembeling the Motor complete with all existing Serviceable Parts obtained against Item 39(b), greasing the Bearing with bearing grease and new Parts as ordered by Engineer-in-Charge (New Parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item here-in after) (e) Reinstall the Motor at its existing Position, connecting all Cable connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. (f) Refilling of compressor oil as required at site and as directed. (g) Taking out unsv Automatic Cut off Relay and limit switches refixing the same as required at site. (h) Taking out unsv Pressure Release valve refixing the same as required at site. (j) Taking out unsv Star Delta starter refixing the same as required at site. NOTE: i) Any unforeseen Minor Repairs and Minor Parts which are required to complete the repair work for smooth functioning of Motor are deemed to be included with the Unit Rate and labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoated against this Item. (ii) Transportation of motor parts for machining, rewinding from work site to lathe shop (Work shop) are deemed to be included with the Unit Rate. (iii) Rewinding of Motor, any machine work where involved shall be measured and paid separetely against relevant Item of this Schedule. (iv) Replacement of Automatic Cut off Relay , limit switches, Pressure Release valve and Star Delta starter wil be paid under supply only.

Rewinding burnt coils of Induction Motor of any make and type of capacity, 3Phase, upto 20HP, 415Volts with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve the required /specified RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding, cleaning/ repairing damaged slots, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and topping up Compressor oil as per sample req and directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Supply and Fixing Limit Air Switch as per sample and directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Supply and fixing Automatic cut off relay as per sample and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing Automatic timer as per sample and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing Automatic Star Delta starter for motor of capacity 30 HP and as per sample and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Make : MN25FASD Cat No- SS94364 ,L&T

Supply and fixing Air Outlet Nozzle and regulator as per sample complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Servicing/Overhauling of 3 Phase, 40KVA UPS alongwith with following others repairs and underlaying points:- (a) Taking out Vertiv Make UPS from its Position and disconnecting all Cable Connections. (b) Dismantaling of Vertiv make UPS and removing unsv Part carefully, testing all Connection for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the Serviceability of existing Parts. (c) Replacement of unsv Chip/relay/Semiconductor devices/diode and other Power electronics parts (d) Reassembeling the UPS complete with all existing Serviceable Parts obtained as ordered by Engineer-in-Charge (g) Taking out unsv Automatic Cut off Relay and refixing the same as required at site. NOTE: i) Any unforeseen Minor Repairs and Minor Parts which are required to complete the repair work for smooth functioning of UPS are deemed to be included with the Unit Rate and labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoated against this Item. (ii) Transportation of Unsv parts for machining incl workshop charges are deemed to be included with the Unit Rate. (iii) New Chip/relay/Semiconductor devices/diode and other Power electronics parts for UPS will be included in quoted unit rate.Also Enginnering /consultancy charge from the company Rep will be bourne by contractor self.
