SELECTION OF A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANCY FIRM FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

The bidder should have experience of at least 2 (two) consultancy assignment in the area of Forestry, Biodiversity & Wildlife, Marine Ecology, and Climate Change Impact&Adaptabilitywith Central/ State Government in India.

The Bidder should have experience of at least 1 (One) consultancy assignment of providing Program Management Unit (PMU) Services for Forest Department

Understanding of Assignment The Bidder shall present on their understanding of the objectives of the assignment and the scope of work for the assignment

Assessment of Experience:The Bidder shall present on their profile and track record in terms of their credentials an existing client base. The Biddershould showcase their experience with Forestry & allied sector work for Central Government, State / UT Government, and Public SectorUndertakings.

Experience in Karnataka- The Bidder shall present their credentials and achievements for working with other Government Departments / PSUs / Government Agencies in Karnataka in the last 5 years and demonstrate how they can leverage this expertise for this assignment.

Technical Depth and Innovation: The Bidder shall demonstrate technical rigor in forestry biodiversity management wildlife conservation climate action or related areas. The bidder shall demonstrate learnings from national/international best practices and adaptation of Karnataka context

Monitoring, Evaluation & Digital Initiatives -The bidder shall demonstrate its expertise in various IT initiatives related to the forestry sector. It should also include bidder experience in various other states on various IT initiatives

PMU Project Delivery and Work Plan: The Bidder shall present their project delivery methodology for successfully delivering on the assignment and achieving the key outcomes as detailed in the Terms of Refence. The Bidder should highlight their unique value propositions.
