Schedule 'A'

Taking down existing tarfelt including roof padding like lime concrete, mud phuska , brick lime coba etc and cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same at location upto a distance of 3km incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type Bo (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound wherever required as directed and laid on RCC slab as base layer for roof treatment including roughing the top surface of concrete by using broom sticks while the concrete is green but excluding cost of Water Proofing compound complete all as directed .

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane & WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to Non accessible RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment. (a) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer confirming to IS-3384 1965 @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface and allow to dry. (b) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS -702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sq.M of Each coat applied over primer including cleaning of surfaces. (C) Supply and laying 3 mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sq.M with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm over area including overlapping 100 mm (Min) as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Applying evenly one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 Gms/Sq.M complete all as specifiedand as directed. Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative as directed. Make : STP TEXA Ltd or IWL (Ind) Ltd etc.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight)etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

Demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Fly Ash Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixrd with WPC rendering on fair faces of brick work finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and including taking down plaster on brick or stone wall, ceiling etc incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.etc.

Demolition of cement concrete(Reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC, 1:1.5:3(nominal mix) in precast cover slabs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnectiong existing PVC water tank of capacity excedding 250 ltrs but not excedding 500ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnected and refixing in position after cleaning repairing etc all as specified and directed

Taking up or down, steel tubing 20mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing and removal to store

Supply and fix galvanized steel tubing medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only or reusing of galvanized steel tubing medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanized steel tubing medium grade, 25mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only or reusing of galvanized steel tubing medium grade, 25mmbore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and as directed.
