Drilling pilot bore hole of 150mm dia by rotary drilling method (Direct/reverse) by rig machine for injection well in any kind of soil strata or rock including disposal of surplus soil/rock to a distance not exceeding 100 metre each including deploying required rig machinery, T & P, equipment etc. including transporting of all materials like rig machine, tools & plants, collection of log samples (drilling / cutting) and to maintain drill time log book, required for drilling bore hole complete all as specified and directed (Total 23 bore holes [ 14 Nos in SMERCH + 6 Nos in AD Regt SP + 03 Nos in Integrated Sports Infra])

Reaming of 150mm pilot bore hole to 300mm bore with direct circulation rig machine / reverse rotary circulation method in any kind of strata of soil / rock from ground level to a distance not exceeding 100 metre depth below ground level, complete all as specified and directed. (Total 23 bore holes [ 14 Nos in SMERCH + 6 Nos in AD Regt SP + 03 Nos in Integrated Sports Infra]) Notes for item Nos 1 to 2 (a) The following activites are to be carried out and reports as mentioned to be submitted by the contractor which is deemed included in the rates quoted:- (i) The pilot borewell shall be drilled on location as approved by GE, (ii) Taking the sample of strata at every 3.0m internal and every change in strata and preparation of litho logs based on these samples. (iii) Cost of provision of sample collection strata box of size 1200 x 750 x 100mm of specifications as directed by GE shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates). (iv) Preparation of drill time log and submitting to Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The change in upper or lower limit of depth of boring from ground level with a particular dia of drill will not amount to any deviation and rates quoted against these items is only applicable even if drilling depth varies from Schedule 'A' and nothing extra is admissible on this account.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position PVC plain casing pipe, heavy duty of size 150mm bore with wall thickness 7.5 to 8.5mm conforming to IS-12818 having male threads at spigot end and female threads at socket end, screwed and socket type with all jointing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position PVC screen casing pipe, factory made heavy duty of size 150mm bore having slot of size 1.5mm, wall thickness 7.5 to 8.5mm conforming to IS-12818 having male threads at spigot end and female threads at socket ends, screwed and socket type with all jointing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC bail plug assembly suitable for 150mm nominal bore PVC casing pipe internally threaded and jointed with casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel housing clamps 1050mm long 200mm wide made out of 12mm thick MS plate made to shape for 300mm bore casing pipe with necessary bolts, nuts and washers at ground level including necessary cutting, drilling and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC well cap 8mm thick, suitable for 150mm bore PVC casing pipe, having internal threads complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for development of injection bore well (5 hours for each well) by using air compressor of suitable capacity for removing the drilling mud and finer sediments in the surrounding of borewell screens complete all specified and directed.

Supply and packing pea gravel of size 2mm to 5mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC cross of size 150mm with 100mm branches, heavy duty having internal thread complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC screened collector pipe having slot of 1.5mm size factory made, heavy duty of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including clearing all grease vegetation, saplings, brush woods, under growth and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth and removal of debries to distance exceeding 50 metre not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removal of excavated material to distance exceeding 50 metre not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13.00 above but depth exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and 1.5 metre wide and getting out in soft/loose soil for foundations, cess pits and manholes etc. and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre of the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, for filling in foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles including necessary form work and mouldings, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, for filling in foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 design mix, using mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’, class 10 designation bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed flush as the work proceeds on external face of the wall below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, Fe 500/550 D, 8mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel black sheet 1mm thick in hearths;covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughsand funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel work as in framed work such as to cover filteration chambers and like including necessary cutting, drilling, riveting and arc welding and similar work conforming to Fe.410 W.Gde-E-250, Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering, external, 15 mm thick on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, forged into spikes; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks including necessary cutting, drilling, riveting and arc welding and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 160mm dia PVC SWR pipe type 'B' conforming to IS:13592-92 and fittings conforming to IS:14735-99 and minimum wall thickness 4mm, single socketed in any length with and including rubber ring joints laid in trenches or laid under floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC SWR pipe type 'B' conforming to IS:13592-92 and fittings conforming to IS:14735-99 and minimum wall thickness 3.2mm, single socketed in any length with and including rubber ring joints laid in trenches or laid under floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering of 150mm bore uPVC pipe (SCH-40) having wall thickness 7.11mm, laid in trenches with and including all fittings such as Tee, cross, caps etc. confirming to IS and as per ASTM 1785, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates), as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; for 150mm bore pipe in complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra forming fair finishing of drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitrel gloppid ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of mild steel round bar rungs, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, fixed to wall confirming to IS 432 Gde I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner grith complete all as specified and directed. (For adjustment against item of forming fair finish)

Material and labour for loose filling with broken stone aggregates of gauge 20 to 50 mm in pits, free from admixture, dust, clay etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with broken stone aggregates of gauge 5 to 12.5 mm in pits, free from admixture, dust, clay etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with coarse sand in pits, free from admixture, dust, clay etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with broken stone aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in pits, free from admixture, dust, clay etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with broken stone aggregates of gauge 63 to 90 mm in pits, free from admixture, dust, clay etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning bedding layer, 40mm thick, including spreading, levelling and well ramming as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road pavemnt, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique or any manual technique suitable for passing 300mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.
