Material & Labour for comprehensive maintenance, servicing and testing of AC of any make complete for during contract period by cleaning cooling coil, condenser fins, blowing off dust from machines & air filters, checking and de-carbonizing , oiling, greasing of blower motor, checking and removing any vibration, and testing at site, Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(a) Cost of any minor nature repair / items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, rubber mounting pads of compressor, top up of gas, etc. and labour required for removing / refixing after repair of equipment is deemed to be included in the unit rate of this items. Supply & Fixing in replacement MCB DB sheet enclosure double door type, single pole and neutral 240V with standard bus bar of suitable size plate and common neutral link all enclosed in standard steel sheet flush mounting type factory fabricated complete without MCB and with enclosure blank plates for unused way suitable for 8 way type, Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Hager/ L&T/ Legrand.

Dismantling electric/water connection and taking down of storage type water heater, servicing, cleaning of inner tank etc. at site and replacement of burnout parts etc. and refixing in situ , Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
