DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Supply and fixing of aluminium anodised door with frame and shutter, and glazing 4.8 mm thick plain glass and 4.8 mm thick ACP Sheet fixed with rubber gasket, aluminium glazing clips, mortice lock, aluminium stopper cleat, iron mongary including taking down unserviceable existing door etc complete all as specified and directed. section of aluminium door shall be of following sizes: - Top;- 85x44.5x1.20 mm thick fixed with rawal plug width;- 85x44.5x1.20 mm thick Bottom;- 100x44.5x1.20 mm thick Style;- 85x44.5x1.20 mm thick Glazing beading;- 0.70 mm thick Aluminium handle 'D' type ;- 150mm Aluminium tower bolt 9.9 mm dia shoot 200 mm long Mortice lock stainless steel - 100 mm 4 lever Aluminium stopper cleat aluminium hinges 100 mm long Note;- (i) Making good of wall surface with matching to existing surface shall be included in the quoted rate for item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium anodised partition with frame, (fixed type) shutter, and glazing 4.8 mm thick plain glass, and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade in bottom panell, glass fixed with rubber gasket with aluminium glazing clips & snap beading including taking down unserviceable existing partion etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes;-Frame of vertical/horizontal section;- 44.5x44.5x1.22 mm thick Bottuom section;-100x44.5x1.22 mm thick Note- Work will be carried out up to 5th storey

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter n. exc 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter of any description exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description, not exc. 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description, exc. 1 Sqm but n. exe 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 100% solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame of size 75 mm x 40 mm mm made from wood plastic composite (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kilogram/Cubic Metre from ISO certified company door should be water proof termite proof fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity all as specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of factory made 100% solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame of size 100 mm x40 mm mm made from wood plastic composite (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kilogram/Cubic Metre from ISO certified company door should be water proof termite proof fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity all as specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick moulded WPC factory made 100% solid door (confo Running Metreing as per IS-4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10 mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side palin with density not less than 600 Kilogram/Cubic Metre. Manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.
