Dismantling of old Bus Coupler & incomer complete after disconnecting the joints from the main bus bar and outgoing cable connection after taking proper shutdown of the LT Panel. Disconnecting all the connections required to discharge the circuit breaker completely.

Supply of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), three Pole 415 V AC. Microprocessor based trip unit Manual Draw out type, of rating 2500 Amperes, breaking capacity 60 KA. Make:L&T

Extending the front side of the existing LT Panel chamber by fabrication and fixing of CRCA sheet cubical frames to increase the depth of panel chamber as suitable for fixing of the new ACB including carryout all the modification with providing of material and consumable as per site requirements.

Fixing the ACB of 2500 amp. With complete housing in the chamber in proper manner including supply and fixing of MS Angle base support / frame of suitable size for mounting the ACB with supply of all. The required material and complete woks as required for mounting and fixing of the cradle/ ACB as required.

Making the provision for the incoming connections of ACB by rearrangement / modification / extension / addition of busbar length in aluminum construction of suitable cross section as required for making the joints of the incoming of the ACB with busbar of supply arrangement including bending, cutting, shaping of the busbar as required. The job includes providing of material and other consumable as per site requirements.

Making the provision for the outgoing connection of ACB by extension of outgoing links by addition of busbar length in aluminum construction of suitable cross section as required for making the provision for outgoing cable connection , supply arrangements including bending, cutting , shaping of the busbar as required the job includes providing of material and other consumables as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of the new door fabricated in CRCA sheet complete of size as suitable for the new 2500 amp. ACB and with suitable cut out for ACB operation and other accessories link locks , hinges etc as required.

Reconditioning / renovation of the metering / control system of the ACB by replacement of defective CT , indicating instruments along with restoration of complete wiring connections including providing/ fixing of all material / copper wires etc for the work as per site requirement.

Testing and commissioning of the newly installed 2500 amp. ACB at NO load and then at ON load for required operation and power supply to the connection motor and major the required tripping as pe site requirement.
