Day to day cleaning, washing, sweeping & weeping of total office premises such as all floors, rooms and toilets, conference room, laboratory and all corridor, roof, stair, balcony etc. also cleaning & sweepings surrounding office area's and pathways, providing harpic/odonil/naphthalene/Pheneol/bleaching powder/soap & towels in all toilets & W.C./basin disinfection overhead & ground water reservoir after two calendar months interval and also cleaning & weeping all furniture i.e. chair, tables, almirah, book self etc. for all rooms, cleaning and disposal of all garbages outside the office premises as directed by E.I.C. also repairing & cleaning all sewerage line, water line & all toilets fittings by replacing damage fitting also cleaning all glasses inside & outside varandah, lift portion & railing as directed. All such work to be completed by providing daily labour such as sweeper, mathor, plumber & their helper an emergency basis on day to day works as directed by E.I.C.
