I/R for suplying, joining & inserting M S casing pipe of 1500 mm internal dia & 1540mm outer dia (20mm thick) inside the already laid M S pipe under Rly track and in open foundation filled with Cement Concrete slurry between the space of both casing pipe including filling 1 i.e. CC slurry, cutting, grinding, levelling, radiographically welding, testing of pipe lines, cleaning & painting to inner and outer surface of pipe, & all other incidential works to complete the job as per approved drawing or as per instructions of site Engineer with all labour, material, T&Ps, loading , leading, unloading, handling, rehandling, lowering, lifting, crossing of any nallah, track or any type of obstructions, taxes, octroi etc. complete job.(Nothing extra will be paid on this account what so ever the case may be).

I/R for providing and fixing High Density Polethylene Spacers at distance of 2 Mtr apart to avoid contact of casing pipe and carrier pipe as per approved plan / as per instructions of site incharge including all labour, T&Ps, material, all loading , leading, unloading, lowering, lifting, taxes , crossing of any nallah, track or any type of obstructions, testing etc. complete job.(Nothing extra will be paid on this account what so ever the case may be).

I/R for providing and fixing pipe line indicator boards ( Retro reflective type ) Size 450 3 mm x 600 mm including making foundation complete in all respect as directed by engineer in- charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The payment of cement will be paid separately under N S item as per actual consumption of cement as per std specification.

I/R for providing End seal on MS casing pipe of 50 mm dia G I vent pipe with screen complete as directed by engineer in-charge.

I/R for Providing and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS:8329 of Class K-9, 1200mm dia. Ductile Iron CLass K - 9 pipes.

Item Rate for jointing & laying of M S casing pipe of 1700 mm internal dia by cut & cover method at given site under Rly track and hook up with the main pipe on both sides in accordance with supply of tools, equipments, tackles, man power etc including, cutting, grinding, 6 levelling, radiographically welding, testing of pipe lines, cleaning & painting to inner and outer surface of pipe, & all other incidential works to complete the job as per approved drawing or as per instructions of site Engineer with all labour, material, T&Ps, loading , leading, unloading, handling, rehandling, lowering, lifting, crossing of any nallah, track or any type of obstructions, taxes, octroi etc. complete job.(Nothing extra will be paid on this account what so ever the case may be).
