Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Random Rubble masonry Dry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: With bond stone.

Providing and laying damp-proof Course/ coping 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

drain /Slip clearance in soil; mixed with moorum/ Kankara/Shingl /boulders;disposal lead upto50m and lift upto 1.5m

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30
