Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding, flooring above ground floors) including roof treatment and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick (average) cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlaps 100mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for 110 mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors,walls height upto 12.0 m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend, suitable for type ‘A’ pipes, any radius.

S & F in repairs stack clamps out of 50 mm x 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts & securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 160 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc. 250 ltrs and n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc. 500 ltrs and n.exc. 1000 ltrs capacity and removing from site.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing from site and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore pillar tap, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete.

S&F in repairs, 15 mm bore stop valve, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.

S&F in repair brass chromium plated shower rose of 125 mm size with swivel joint including fixing to steel pipe or union.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, over a coat of chalk whiting all as directed.

Taking down and refixing of Plate rack after plastering and other work all as specifed and as directed

S&F sink made of stainless steel 1.00 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm, bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm and PVC waste pipe of 32mm bore and of suitable length, complete all as specified.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm gr stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/disintregated rock, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces In CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed block and like including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even with using extra cement.
