Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead 20 mtrs and lift upto 1.50 mtrs, disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in pick/jumper work complete within all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 3 :6 . ( 1 cement : 3 sand and : 6 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Arches upto floor two level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting & propping etc. height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 mts. And removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in arches upto 6.00 mtrs span as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade I/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar, dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm fixed on all sides with ISA 40x25x5mm top angle iron frame hinged on ISA 35x35x5mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing. Pieces of MS Flat 20x4mm, 0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS Sheet, Angle Section & welding of MS Sheets, Angle Section, Hinges, Handles 150mm long, 20x4mm flats, locking arrangement and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing & testing of G.I pipe of following dia (Medium class) for outlets pipe & scour pipes etc. in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Labour rate)

Providing & fixing sand cast/cast iron spun spigot and socket soil waster and ventilating pipe of approved brand (lead caulked joints to be measured and paid for separately) including all leads and lifts of materials as per BIS specification.

Providing & fixing cast iron cowl including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per BIS specification.

Providing and fixing double flanged Cast Iron sluice valve of following dia of Leader/Kirloskar make conforming to IS:14846/2000 with up to date amendment as per Class PN-1.60 to withstand in normal seat pressure including champion sheet gasket 3mm thick, welding with M.S. flanges as per IS 6392-1971 including carriage in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
