Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid dry complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in benchig concrete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry , uncoarsed, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 07 above but except stone. Note: Old stone obtained against demolition shall be used.

Extra over stone walling, random ruble brought upto courses, for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depressions on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm on granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L raised pointing to squared rubble stone masonry, un-courses or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
