Supply of ISI mark M.S Pipe street light pole 'B' class 6.0 metre long (as per particular specifications) along with single arm bracket for erection of street light fixture, 1.0 m in length alongwith pole cap of 300 mm length 100 mm dia duly welded, including base plate, bolt & nuts as per OEMs design etc, complete as required.

Installation testing and commissionig of 6.0 mtr long street light pole along with single arm for erection of single fitting as per OEMs design etc,complete as required.

Providing cement concrete foundation including excavation for the poles (45 cm x 45 cm x 1.2 m) deep in 1:3:6 cement concrete and 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm / 45 cm dia. x 45 cm height plinth duly plastered and with necessary curing and finishing in an approved manner (for 6 m pole) as per OEM recommendatios.

Supplying 36W LED Street light fitting of approved make with technical parameters like efficacy, CRI, THD, Type of Housing, IP category, Surge Protection,Powerfactor , Total Power Consumption as per special conditions & technical/particular specifications of contract.

Installing testing and commissioning of 36W LED Street light fitting to 6.0 metre of approved make, by making necessary interconnections using appropriate tools and materials as per OEM specification complete as required.

Supplying & Installation of Outdoor Thermo Plastic junction box with IP-65 specifications of minimum size of 155 mm x 210 mm x 92 mm, complete fixing on pole/wall with proper clamps as per specification, including supplying, erection testing and commissioning of 10-way connector, 1 no 6 A/10 A of short circuit rating 'B-class' Miniature Circuit Breaker to be fixed in junction box as per specification complete as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade 3.5 C X 25 sq mm as per specification.

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 3.5 C X 35 sq.mm following size in the existing HDPE pipe up to 1.1 KV grade 3.5 C X 35 sq mm as per specification.

Supply & laying of PVC insulated 3C x 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper cable from street light junction box to street light fitting including making interconnections using appropriate tools complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. A) 3.5 C X 25 Sq.mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

Supplying and laying of 50 mm dia HDPE pipe in ground including excavation and refilling of soil up to 0.80 mtr as per Engg-Incharge directions. PE-63 6 Kg per cm2

Supplying and fixing of route marker with 10cm x 10cm GI plate of 5 mm thick with inscription there on bolted, welded to 35mm x 35mm x 5mm thick angle iron 60cm long and fixing the same in ground with suitable concrete block as required.
