TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS FOR ZONE D AREA UNDER AGE BR (N) NO I OF GE (N) SECUNDERABAD

To perform Term Contract for Artificers works on such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained of referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009, Part-I Specifications and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020, Part-II" rates together with errata / amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid Standard Schedule of Rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates. NOTE : (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the "Selcet" option at the bottom of this BOQ Excel Sheet under Column 4 against "Quoted Rate in Figures". (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at the BOQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above / below MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II (2020). NOTE : (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under estimated rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidence and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The Acceptance of contractor's offer shall be done for quoted percentage rates on MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The work orders for various works/services shall be placed for amount worked out / priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by contractor but cumulative amount of all the work orders including quoted percentage, contract as a whole shall not be exceeded Rs 2000000.00 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only). (iv) Contractor's special attention is invited to condition "4.1 WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTORS)" and condition "56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTORS)" of General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)" are strictly to be followed. (v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works / services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out / mentioined in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works / services at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done / work done.
