Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand and gently punning down below/around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay burnt brick sub class `B' old size in trenches abutting each other width equal to length of brick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only burnt bricks (old size) retrieved from above items laid in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for boring under road/drain by manual method for inserting the light grade pipe GI tubing up to 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and fixing galvanised iron pipe light grade, laid under roads/ drain / along with the pole /fixing of airtermination rod with flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts washers complete all as specified and directed of following size:-

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT underground, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Heavy duty, electric power cable laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed on pole/ wall / laid under road / path / culvert / drains / culverts encased in GI pipe, electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, including jointing and testing 1100 volts grade with necessary lugs and compression brass glands including taking down old cable complete all asspecified and directed for the following Note: Excavation, earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Note: for item no 10.00 to 25.00:- (i) The contractor should carry out servicing through authorised DG Service provider & not by any local mechanic (ii) The contractor should be responsible to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition for entire contract period & additional worn out spare parts like O Rings, gasket, screws, fuel pipe, fuel & oil pressure gauge, fan belt etc if found unserviceable should be replaced by contractor without additional cost .(iii) Proper servicing certificate should be produced immediately after servicing (d) Proper register for running of DG set should be maintained (e) The authorised mechanic should visit once in two months for preventive maintenance & any no of emergency breakdown. (f) Total number of serevice visit will be limited upto 5 Nos during the entire contract period including attending any emergency fault in DG Set

Labour only for attending the complaints of DG set with AMF Panel carried out by manufacture's authorised mechanic from the servicing centre without any delay for rectifying the defects by carefully opening and check the DG set parts to find out defects if any at site and replace the defected parts from the DG Set for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. (Replacement of parts shall be measured and paid seperately under schedule). Note: If contractor not attend the complaint within 4 hrs penalty will be applied @ Rs. 550 per hours.
