Air Handling Units

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of factory built floor mounted chilled water double skin type horizontal/vertical air handling units made of 40 mm thick sandwitched panels with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation, complete with Plug type fan, VFD driven electric motor, coil section, 10 micron pre filter section and 5 micron micro filter section, drain pan, VFD etc. The Cooling coil is of copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5 mm) and aluminium fins (min. 10fins per inch) of 6 rows deep. Filter section with 50 mm thick metal viscous/washable synthetic type air pre-filters efficiency 80% down to 10 micron, fine filter efficiency 99.9% down to 5 micron. TEFC sq. cage induction motor suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply including mounting and fixing arrangements, IE3 Motor Plug fan with VFD Drives anti vibration springs/isolator bearings etc., drain connections, stainless steel (18G) drain pan with PUF insulation. Double canvas connections of fire retardant quality for connecting AHU's to ducting/plenum. Limit switch in door and inspection lamps to be fixed. Insulation of all section with fire retardant insulation material as per manufacture’s standard. Air vent on cooling coil with globe valve/screwed plugs. 150 mm dia. dial type pressure gauges (2 nos.) and industrial type thermometers (2 nos.) at the inlet and outlet of coil,Heater bank coming along with AHU‘S should comprise of thermostat, humidistat, safety thermostat, contactors, Controls & control Wiring etc rate to be included in the AHU costing itself, Control wiring to make M/V in close position while AHU is OFF with relays, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc.<br>VFD and control panel all to form the integral part of AHU and to be supplied by the AHU manufacture itself. VFD driven AHU with plug fans and VFD starter panel / controller with all necessary connections with pressure / Temperature sensors (minimum 2 nos.) required to control the VFD Speed. Power & Control wiring from VFD to AHU to be included. Only HVAC application VFD's shall be used. The VFD should be incorporated with RFI (radio frequency interface) filters which can control THDi [Total Harmonic Distortion Current] below 5%, auto bypass starter compactable to the third party BMS.<br>All AHU’s will be given only one power input cable. Any looping should be done by OEM in case of multiple motors in one AHU. Lockable off push button to be provided near AHU if machine is 3mtrs and above far from respective panel board to be included in the AHU cost etc. complete as per specification including all accessories as specified and as required. and of following capacities.<br>External Static Pressure for AHU's with fine filters is 50 MM Static<br>15 TR 6000cfm

Drain Piping

Providing and fixing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Supplying, Fixing, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/ main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping plumbing inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/ cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63 aluminium sheet cladding complete with type 3, grade , roofing feltstrip (as per IS: 1322 as amended up to date ) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.<br>Note:- The pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S.'C" class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S.
