MAS DIV/SOUTHERN RLY Description ::COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR FIVE YEARS AFTER EXPIRY OF WA RRANTY OF TWO YEARS FOR EOT CRANE 10 TON CAPACITY. CAMC : Bidders to note that this is a composite tender for procurement of EOT CRANE CAPACITY 10 TON and CAMC for 05 years beyond 2 years warranty P eriod. Bidders are required to quote charges for CAMC for 5 years post warranty period of 02 years. The eva luation of offers will be based on total cost of EOT CRANE CAPACITY 10 TON and Net present Value of CAMC cost for 5 years after warranty period. The NPV will be worked out at a discounting rate of 10%. NOTE:- 1. Fi rms to quote CAMC charges separately for each year i.e Year 1 Tab (For 3rd year), Year 2 Tab (For 4th Year ) , Year 3 Tab (For 5th Year), Year 4 Tab (For 6th Year), Year 5 Tab (For 7th Year). 2. Firm should quote actu al rate of CAMC in the bid. Discounted rate as per NPV will be generated by the IREPS System for Ranking p urpose. (1) The condition of comprehensive annual maintenance contract after completion of warranty peri od will be as per the tendered specification which will be executed by the consignee. The supply contract w ill include rate of CAMC but the actual CAMC will be operated by the consignee and the supplier will be bou nd to accept the CAMC contract Rate against this Tender/PO.
