Errection and leveling of ring machine and barricading at site of work `

Dismantling of ring machine and clearance of site after satisfactory completion of work

Drilling of borehole by Dual rotary/ DR/ DC-RC/Percussion Rig machine.

Drilling of 600 mm dia borehole.

Preparing & lowering of tube well assembly starting from G.L to the required depth including cutting, welding as required at site complete with all T&P required.

Supply and lowering of 300 mm dia MSERW plain pipe 7.9 mm thick as per IS code 4270

Supply and lowering of 300 mm dia MSERW slotted pipe, 7.9 mm thick as per IS code 4270

Development of TW by 350 PSI/1400 CFM Air compressor as below including Erection of compressor at site of work.

Running of compressor for development and testing of tube well.

Development of TW by suitable size of OP Unit as below including Erection of OP Unit and camp equipage at site of work.

Before development of the tubewell by OP unit make a chamber of 1x1x1 mtr around the tubewell below ground.

Lowering of suitable size submersible pump motor set with column pipe and running of D.G. Set, running of OP Unit for development and yield test of tube well.

Supply of submersible pump capable of delivering 1500 Lpm discharge at 50 mt. head with suitable electric motor to be operated on 415 volt (+\- 10% ), 3 phase,50 C\s AC supply with 5 Mtr. submersible cable ( 01 no. as spare) (auto transformer type).

SITC of variable frequency drive (VFD) heavy duty 35 HP submersiable motor with MS enclouser.

Supply of electrical panel with auto transformer starter suitable for automation with panel of 35 HP.

Supply of 125 amp. 4 pole MCCB.

Supply of submersible cable 1x3x25 sq.mm .

Supply of aluminum armored cable 70 sq.mm 3.5 core .

SUPPLY OF MAIN PIPING AND VALVE OF 150 mm DIA HAVING FOLLOWING ITEM .

C class M S column pipe (confirming IS: 4270 or latest IS code) in 3 mt. length with interlocking arrangement (flanged/socketed) .

CI D\F PN-1.6 Sluice Valve with hand wheel .

CI D\F PN-1.6 Reflux Valve .

MS D\F pipe of 1.5 Mt. length- 2 Nos, MS D/F pipe of 1.0 Mt. length-1 No., Ventury - 1 No, Tee-1 No, CI D\F bend-2 Nos, TW Cap-1 No., Packing & nut bolt etc. - 1 Lot.

Supply of 150 mm dia M.S.D.I. clamp set .

SITC of three phase rolling contact servo voltage stabilizer 80 KVA capacity with input voltage range 300 to 480 with constant output of 415+/-1% complete in all respect ONAN Type.
