NOTE : (Applicable for all items):- (i) The bidders/contractors are advised to read relevant Contract drawings and Particular specifications, Key specifications, Special conditions and General conditions of Contracts before entry/quoting the rates. (ii) The items are to be manufactured as per relevant drawings and specifications and supplied to the Department. (iii) Bidder may quote all two parts as a whole or only any one part . This aspect should be clearly indicated by the tenderer on letter pad and scanned copy should also be uploaded in Cover-1 clarifying that the tenderer has quoted for tender as a whole or for any specific part/parts. (iv) The Accepting Officer reserves his right to accept tender as a whole or in parts. The contractor shall not have any claim what-so-ever for accepting the contracts as a whole or part wise. Decision of Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (v) If contractor wishes not to quote any part/parts (as per his eligibility given in NIT) he should quote "0" rates in the Rate columns of that particular part/parts. Accordingly, such offer shall not be considered Non bonafide & it will be construed that the contractor has not quoted that particular part/parts.
