Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and Shuttering-All workup to plinth level, mix 1:4:8 (1Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size ).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :- All kinds of soil.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natu ral sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers andcantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete

Providing Unskilled manpower for cleaning of vegitation near boundry wall for safely working purpose at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing of precast RCC wall(made of RCC Prestressed Plank of size 2130 X 300mm X 52mm and with RCC Prestressed Column of size 150mm X 150mm X 2800mm ht. above the ground level) by manually / Mechanically made of M-30 Grade Concrete, Including labour, Transportation, T&P Complete at site as per attached drawing and direction of Engineer.
