Note : 1. The quoted Uniform Discount (%) shall be deemed inclusive of freight, packing, forwarding, loading/unloading and all other incidental charges on FOR destination basis up to CCI Rajban. 2. Bidders shall quote only one Uniform Discount (%) on the prevailing Ador Fontech Published Price List. 3. The quoted Uniform Discount (%) shall remain firm throughout the currency of the Rate Contract. 4. The bidder offering the highest Uniform Discount (%) on the prevailing Ador Fontech Published Price List shall be considered as L-1, subject to fulfillment of all techno-commercial requirements.
