Design, supply, installation, construction, laying and connection of MS Raw water Rising Main of 1600 mm diameter and 12 mm thick along with necessary supporting arrangement from 400 M ahead of the Raw Water Pump House at BhutGhat, near West Port Police Station up to the entry point of the Boat Canal (Chainage 400 to 4060 m) including road restoration and complete Defect Liability Period (DLP) for 60 months after completion of work under AMRUT on Turnkey basis.

Supply of MS Raw Water Pipes including bending and other MS specials for curvature portions at working sites with proper epoxy resin primer and epoxy resin paintings as specified

Survey work and preparation of working alignment of pipeline

Hydraulic & structural design of MS pipe and design of RCC thrust blocks and other supporting structures.

Vetting of all designs and drawings and submission to Department for approval

Clearance of sites and preparation of working sites

Excavation of earth or road at all sites upto the depth where proper cushion over MS pipe shall be available and with proper width to work with ease.

Providing shoring with wooden planks on both side of the excavation wall to retain the earth along the pipeline length.

Providing shoring with MS sheet piles or MS joist-plates on both side of the excavation wall to retain the earth along the pipeline length.

Laying of entire continuous stretch of MS pipes with all types specials and providing final coat of epoxy resin painting within the battery limits.

Construction of RCC thrust blocks and other supporting structures to support the MS pipe

Testing of MS pipes and all other MS & RCC components and cleaning of pipe as per tender documents

Immediate Road restoration up to WBM stage by compacted 75 mm jhama-khoa over 75 mm thick compacted bats over 75 mm thick BFS over 500 mm thick properly consolidated silver sand through the entire stretch of pipeline.

Removal of rubbish, repairing and reconstruction of structures disturbed and demolished during construction period and removal of rubbish and clearing the site.

Suppying, fitting, fixing of 200 mm diameter CI/DI air valve and 200 mm diameter sluice valve

Supplying, fitting, fixing of 300 mm diameter MS washout pipe with 300 mm diameter sluice valves and flanged blank.
