M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls etc including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick cement based in double layer wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling, etc including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of 1mm thick double coat wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling, etc including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. ( NOTE:- Tenderers may note that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived at the time of Acceptance of contract.)
