Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified floor tiles in 600mmx600 mm size with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified tiles in different sizes, with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, as in skirting, riser of steps, laid over and including 12 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Kota stone slabs as in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid over and including 12 mm thick plaster cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description and removing the debris to a distance exceedind 500m and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment with PU based treatment as under:- (a) Mechanically cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue / dirt, oil and Greece etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt/loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer complete all as directed. (c) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same materials complete all as specified and directed.

Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirming to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic. (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete. (iv) Tensile strength – not less than 2.0 N /Sq.mm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300%. (vi) Solid content by weight- not less than 60% (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0 mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM453) : Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement, including taking down plastering complete all as specified and directed.
