Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m (One decimal five millimete) in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One decimal five millimete) , including getting out the excavated soil anddisposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (Fifty metre). All kind of soil/ordinary soil including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 300x300x25 mm (yhree hundred into three hundred into twenty five millimetre) labrador design (Rainbow series) tiles flooring of NTC of said laid on a bed on 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortor 1:23 (one cement: three sand) for ramp etctera complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting with Stain Enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Interior and as per specifications, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of 50 mm dia stainless steel hollow pipe hand rail slip resistant with round ended at two level at 75 cm and 90 cm in height. It shall be 30cm beyond the top and bottom having 25mm dia Stainless steel baluster welded to 50mm dia stainless steel pipe. the blauster shall be emended in cement concrete @ 60cm c/c complete as per specification, approved drawing , design or as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Plain/reinforced cement concrete in Sub structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700, 2200 RCC Grade M-20 (M- twenty five) designed mix with cement contents not less than 330 kg. (Three hundred thirty ) Kilogram per cubic meter with 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including cost of form work in abutment etcetra complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
