Audit and Verification of RCO Compliance for FACT Ammonia Complex- FY 2025-26

The work involves the Auditing and Verification of the Renewable Purchase Compliance Obligation of FACT Ammonia Complex, Udyogamandal for FY 2025-26 as per the Bureau Of Energy Efficiency (BEE) latest guidelines. The scope of the work involves 1.1 Compliance Assessment - Evaluation of compliance with RCO targets specified by BEE, Calculation of Renewable Energy targets, Identification of shortfalls in meeting the RCO targets. 1.2 Verification by Accredited Energy Auditor - Independent verification of data and methodology, Validation of energy source classification and RE consumption calculation, Verification of documents, RE Purchase Agreements, REC Puchases 1.3 Preparation of RCO Compliance Report - Preparation of the formal compliance report as per the prescribed BEE format, Inclusion of supporting annexures and evidences, Certification and signing by Accredited Energy Auditor.
