OD27107/2026-2027:Providing and laying water proofing treatment in portion of WCs, bathroom,, terrace , walls etc by applying Acrylic/ crystalline type two component waterproofing compound of international brand consisting of applying : a) First layer two component (powder and liquid) mixed as per manufactures proportion and applied as first coat . This layer will be allowed to air cure for 8 hours. b) Second layer again coated as per manufactures proportion neatly and thoroughly . This layer will be allowed to air cure for 8 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours including ponding test to check leakage. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry including pressure grouting if necessary. all complete as per direction of engineer in charge

OD27098/2026-2027:Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with matching epoxy in 3 mm spacer (epoxy paid separately) etc., complete. Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

11.48.2:Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Size of Tile 600x600 mm
