M&L for coloured non-skid, joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of existing floor hearth and removing the rubbish / debris to a distance as directed by Engr-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for colour glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surface of size 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling of existing wall hearth and removing the rubbish / debris to a distance as directed by Engr-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china bowl urinal flat back, white, with grating and union for discharge pipe excluding flushing cistern but including 60 cm long PVC flush pipe, 32mm dia and PVC waste copling, urinal spreader of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe and fixing plugs, bedding urinals against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinals to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws pointing around urinal back in cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 95 mm x 45 mm having double rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. S&F in repairs suspended false ceiling system using Chicago metallic E-grid exposed suspended system of grid / section of size 600x600mm comprising of GI powder coated main Tee 39x24x0.8mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.40+PPGS/0.30) cross Tee 29x24x0.8mm thick and wall angle shall be 22.2x22.2x0.65mm thick with and including 4mm thick HPSC pre-primed self-embossed texture design boards are to be provided in grid system, duly suspended with 6mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash fasteners from purlin of roof with clip, complete all as specified and as directed.
