Execution of work under following items

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re- pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Scaffolding with bamboo frame in Double layer with working platform as required up to a height of 15 m. Scaffolding should sufficiently strong & easily climbable, working platform should be made with ply wood or bamboo Jali. Including all & dismantle after completion of work all complete. (Excluding the cast of Bamboo which will be supplied departmentally) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Cost and charges for transportation of scaffolding materials (bamboos, ballies, tarpaulin sheets, coir string) etc. including loading, unloading and as and when required at desired locations as directed by site in- charge etc. all complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Provision for Lime processing/motor preparation unit made by bamboo frame & Covering poly tarpaulin (20’X16’) with masonry chambers (8’X4’- 2, 8’X6’-4, 8’X8’-1) by brick masonry plastering P.C.C. platforms (20’x16') with water connection from 200 mt distance from main source for conservation. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Carefully laying the 3mm thick tarpaulin sheet over section wall of the excavation trench and fixing with small pin all complete as per the direction of competent authority. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Supply of Earth good quality without rock and rubbish at site including staging all complete as per the direction of site in charge. (Void will be deducted in the measurement for billing) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Supply of Brick Khoa /aggregate good quality without rubbish at site including staging all complete as per the direction of site in charge. (Void will be deducted in the measurement for billing) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non- modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Applying breathable, non-reactive, antifungal, and water repellant Silane/ Siloxane chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-in- charge, of approved brand and manufacture, diluted with solvent mineral Turpentine oil in the ratio of 1:12 (One part of approved chemical :12 Part of Turpentine oil), on the existing sand stone masonry surface with two or more coats to give uniform application of chemical on the surface, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labors involved except scaffolding). (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)
