Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specifications including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcectra. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 90mm to 45mm ( ninety millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-I size [100mm (One hundred millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2mm ( thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.30cum (zero point thirty cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate of 0.08 cum (zero point zero eight cubic metre ) per 10 Sqm ( ten square meter)to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II size [75mm (seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2mm (thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.22 cum (zero point twenty two) cubic metres per 10 sqm (per ten square metres) and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications, as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications on W.B.M. @0.75 Kg / sqm (Zero point seven five kilogram per square metre) as per Technical Specification Clause 502, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-ChargeThe rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.40 kgs (Zero decimal four zero kilograms) per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of Type-A 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm (Five decimal six milimetre) aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with front end loader heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant 30/40 (Thirty/Forty) Tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed material with tipper to site of work and laying to required grade and camber and rolling with power road roller 80-100 KN (Eighty-One hundred) static weight using 0.27 cum (Zero point twenty seven cubic metre) of graded stone aggregate mixed with 14.6 kg (Fourteen point six kilogram) of bitumen binder using VG-10 (Vilscosity Grade-Ten) grade per ten square metre of road surface but excluding the cost of Tack coat and seal coat inclusive of all corrective, measures such as repairing of pot holes, cleaning of cracks and laying of profile corrective Coarse for all depth, filling of depression for all depth and construction of super elevation and camber, where required as per technical specifications clause No. 508 including hauling of materials labour and equipment required to execute the work at site of work with in all leads and lifts, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying premixed seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B seal coat using VG-10 bitumen @ 6.80 kg (Six decimal eighty kilograms) mixed with 0.06 cum (Zero point zero six ) cubic metre of fine aggregate for 10 sqm (Ten square metres) of road surface, heating and mixing of binder and aggregate in suitable plant, playing mecchanically and rolling with Power Road Roller 80-100 KN (Eighty-One hundred) static weight as per Technical Specification Clause 510 as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain reinforcement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 PCC Grade (M-20) (M-twenty) nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement: Two sand: Four graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications, and as per directed by the Engineer–Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 with cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement: Five sand : Ten graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size), as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand: Six graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimeters) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 PCC grade M-10 (M-ten) as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications, and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8, as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 RCC Grade M-20 (M-Twenty) 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand : four graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size) including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel barsas per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302, 1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stone to the tune of 135.92 cubic metres quantity at the rate of 300/- per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.
