Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking down of shutter of any description, area exc. 1.0 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description of area exceeding 1.0 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding/ partition/ cladding of any description, fixed in any position with nail/ screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows and other frames/ chowkhat of size 45mm x 85mm/ 75mm x 50mm single rebated comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. MS hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately. 2. For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grained PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class 'A' category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately.

M&L for 30mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and both face covered with decorative face veneer lipping with frame to match complete all as specified and directed.
