SH-I: OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF E&M INSTALLATIONS

Operation & Maintenance of E&M installations at 11KV Substation as per the Inventory & Scope of Work by deploying man power in 3-shifts (each of 8 hrs.) and at Terminal Building, Apron, Taxiway, Colony, CISF Units in 1-shift as detailed in General & Special Condition of Contract involving minor repairs, attending complaints / faults / breakdown and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintaining of records / documentation etc. on all days including National Holidays and Sundays as required.

SH-II: DSR ELECTRICAL - 2018

Carrying out work as per CPWD DSR 2018 Electrical as and when required. (the bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 1,00,000/- & percentage (%) above/ below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly) Note: The rate shall be quoted for this item at Sl.No-4 as per example given below- Example: i. If bidder wants to quote the rate at par with rate of CPWD - DSR 2018 (E&M), then bidder has to quote 100000 in the rate column. Subsequently, the total amount will be Rs. 100000/-against item at Sl.No-4 ii. If bidder wants to quote the rate 5% above on rate of CPWD - DSR 2018 (E&M), then bidder has to quote 105000 in the rate column. Subsequently, the total amount will be Rs. 1,05,000/- (Rs. 100000 +Rs 5000) against item at Sl.No-4 iii. If bidder wants to quote the rate 5% below on rate of CPWD-DSR 2018 (E&M), then bidder has to quote 95000/- in the rate column. Subsequently, the total amount will be Rs. 95,000/- (Rs. 100000 - Rs 5000) against item No. 2. The above example is only for guidance to bidder for item at Sl.No-4 only.

SH-III: Painting of Panels, Poles and Rewinding of fans etc.,

Painting of Indoor type Power Transformer of 500 KVA located in power house,with one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc., of required color to give an even shade and writing lettering as per the direction of EIC complete as required.

Painting of Outdoor type Power Transformer of 63 KVA located in power house,with one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc., of required color to give an even shade and writing lettering as per the direction of EIC complete as required.

Painting of Electrical LT indoor, Outdoor panels, pumps panel , earth pit covers etc located in power house, colony Terminal building, switch rooms,etc., with one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc., of required color to give an even shade and writing lettering as per the direction of EIC complete as required.

Painting of Street Light poles of upto 7.5- 8.0 mtr height i/c arms and approx with one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc , of required color to give an even shade and writing lettering as per the direction of EIC complete as required.

Labour charges on lifting of submersible pump motor set of all existing sizes of 7.5 HP and 10 HP ( Bore well pump set ) from the existing bore of upto 250 feet deep as & when required along with pipe lines, cable, wire rope etc. and reinstallation of the same after rectification of the defect (Spare parts charges of repairing for rectification of pump/motor will be paid separately).

Repairing/rewinding of 3-phase monoblock/submersible pump of capacity of 5.0HP to 10.0HP by replacement of defective bronze bushes,bearings, impeller, water seal, gasket, shaft, impeller etc. complete as required (As & when required) of following capacity (Old dismantle material will retain by agency).

Re-winding, servicing, repairing of ceiling fan/Wall fan/Exhaust fan etc including replacement of wornout/defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

SH-IV: Transformer oil filtration ,Relay callibration etc.,

Supply of Insulating Transformer Oil confirming to IS 335:1993 with latest amendments

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by heat treatment method till attains the specified BDV as per IS including conducting BDV test before and after filtration complete as required i/c submission of test report.(500KVA Transformer=02, 63KVA ColonyTransformer=01,HT OCB=04)

Supplying of silica gel ( tel tel type ) for transformer breather.

Servicing, Testing and Calibration of over load and earth fault relay, type CDG make Alstom through secondary injection kit including testing of CT / PT etc as per OEM's standard and as per special conditions of contract complete as required. (1set =2no.O/L, 1 no-E/F, 1- auxiliary relay ) i/c submission of test report..

Servicing, Testing and Calibration of transformer protection alarm and trip relays of out going transformers etc as per OEM's standard and as per special conditions of contract complete as required i/c submission of test report.

SH:V Supply of following Spares for Day-to-Day maintenance of E&M Installations as and when required

Supply of lead acid type 12 V 180AH maintenance free heavy duty battery confirming to IS:14257/1995 including initial charging and first fill of electrolyte etc. compete as required.(Make: Excide XP-1800 or equivalent)

Supply of lead acid battery 12 Volt 150 AH tubular battery ( battery make -Exide , Model IMTT 1500 or equivalent, ) complete as required .

Supplying of following sizes ISI marked PVC insulated, single core, FRLS grade strandard copper cables of 1100 volts grade confirming to relevant IS of standard length etc as required
