Construction of intake chamber at tapping point of source for collection of water including supply of all materials , labours , T& P. Complete as per departmental desing & drawing in direction of engineer in charge.

Construction of R.C.C B.F.G at source work including construction of intake chamber and supply of all materials,labour, T&P etc. complete as per departmental desing & drawing in direction of engineer in charge.

Supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. all complete and provide 90 cm high RCC cross wall at gadhera tapping point for the protection of intake from flood storm as per departmental desing, drawing in direction of engineer in charge.

Supply, Carting (site store to trench) , Painting , lowering them into trenches, laying true to alignment and gradient, laying and jointing of pipe line by welding for making up lengths as required for proper completion of work of following grade & sizes ((Excluding cartage from Rail Head to site store.) Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Same as item No. 5.1 above but excavation in decomposed, weathered or soft rock by blasting or by drawbars, pickaxes etc. or by both methods, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50m in width or 10.0sqm in plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.50m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m in all kinds of soil.

Survey, design, supply carting, laying & jointing of G.I.(M) class pipe by socketing for Supply Main/ Feeder Main/Distribution System of following sizes including provision of specials and other appurtenant works such as scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete. Providing & laying PCC 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast, including supply of all materials, labour , T&P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Design, Supply of all materials, labour, T&P. etc to construct a water treatment plant (WTP) to treat 0.20 MLD water based on rapid gravity filtration. The design of filter plant has to be done on the based on CPHEEO manual for Water Supply and Treatment. The filter plant should consists of inlet chamber, flow measuring device, presettling tanks (1 units), mixing units, flocculation unit, secondary settling tank (1 units), rapid gravity filter (minimum 2 filter beds), clear water chamber including all piping, valves, RCC back wash tank, double storey building (minimum 30 sqm) one floor will be used for office and other floor will be used for chemical room). Each floor height should be minimum 3.30 m. The work also include 60 cm apron and 15 cm semicircular PC drain all around all units and including overall drainage of water treatment campus upto outside 5 m of campus boundary. The work should also include internal electrification of all units as well as external electrification as per requirement of site. The work also include 1 m inter connecting RCC/CC path ways to all units as per site requirement. The work also include necessary excavation as per requirement and development of water treatment plant and disposal of surplus earth from site of work to suitable available place but excluding the cost of protection works, boundary wall and gates, which will be executed separately as per approved layout and design of treatment plant. The contractor is advised to inspect the site of work. No excuse and request to change the site, rates and demand of extra rates will be entertained at later stage.
