Periodical Maintenance to RD Road to Gharpada for the Year 2025-26

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish to adistance of 50m outside periphery of area on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour, TandP articles required for the work etc.complete as per IRC specification for Road works and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with in all lifts and lead etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reworking the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and water compacting with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 75mm thick compacted layers of specified grades of WBM IRC Grade-III 53mm to 22.4 mm, laying in position, spreading in uniform thickness. Hand packing, applying and booming requisite type of screening blinding materials, waterings etc.and compacting in stages with 8 to 10 T power road roller complete for finished item of work as perspecification of Road and Bridge works of MOST 4th Revision and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and applying priming coat over the prepared surface of WBM with bitumen boiler fitted with spray set, using 0.6 kgs of bitumen per 10 sqm using mechanical means and with diesel of 2 litres per 10 kg of Bitumen including charges for cleaning of WBM surface etc.complete as per Specifications for Road and Bridge Works and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen for finished item of work using 0.3 kgs of bitumen per 1 sqm using mechanical means etc.complete as per Specifications for Road and Bridge Works and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20mm open graded premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and mini hot mix plant over prepared surface using a total quantity of 14.6 kgs of 80 100 grade bitumen per 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and compacting with 8T- 10T power road roller,bitumen boiler for finished item of work etc.complete.as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 6mm thickness pre-coated seal coat with 6mm size h.g.chips including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, lab our, and all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction only, plain concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate 20 mm and down graded , mixed in a concrete mixer and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods by mechanical means to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation and trenches hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with sand well watered and compacted with appropriate rammer or mechanical compactor and top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

P.C.C.M-15 with Cement concrete 1:2.5:5 in Foundation with using h.g.stone agreegates of approved quality including hoisting and laying placing in position concrete watering and curing including cost of rigid and smooth stool centering and shuttering and cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials labour required for the work etc. complete The materials used in the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S specification and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge

Providing weepholes in brick masonry or stone masonry, plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer-In - charge.
