Surface dressing in soft loose soil n exc 15 cm deep and getting out completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply only approved earth from outside Md land incl. roalty etc. from a distance of 5 km. Note :- (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from outside MOD land, at his own arrangment. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, royalities, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 of MES Schedule Part-II on Serial Page No 22 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be finished embankment/traverse of filled earth after consolidation/compaction and 10% deduction shall be made from measured and claculated volume to allow for increase in bulk.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for solling 150mm spread thickness with broken boulders surfaces formed , rolled and consolidated and all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick in two layers 7.5cm each layer WBM with coarse aggregate spread,rolled and consolidated and with camber all as specified & as directed.

M&L Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc on unsurfaced WBM completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly Priming/Tack Coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen VG-10) at 10 Kg per 10Sqm completed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for continuous pre cast PCC M-10 (Nominal Mix) solid block of size 300 X 200 X 100mm edging width equal of the width of PCC solid block laid dry on end vertically including necessary excavation. Returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Embankments incl. raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30 cm , watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc n. exc 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for constructions of RCC culvert of 7.9 mtr based on drw no.STD 784 SH 1/1 , Excavating over area n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

–ditto- for item no. 11 above but each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond first 1.5m complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC Type C-1 1:3:6 as in coping of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC Type C-2 1:3:6 as in bed or surface channel of culvert complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC of grade M-25 (design Mix) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns complete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls and similar work exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for deformed or twisted steel bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, hard/dense soil including spreading leveling watering and ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) including writing MES Pole No. with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality), complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

S & F Junction Box for Street Lights of size 205x255x112 mm made out of Polycarbonate material totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 66/67 protection and suitable size of "connectwell" stud teriminal (provision for socket bolting)- 04 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system suitable for cable of size 10-25 Sqmm 4 core including MCB SP 06 amps- 02 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable angle iron brackets , nuts, bolts clamps complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cable glands shall be fixed in inlet and out let of junction box and rate of Cable glands is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S & F LED street light made up off pressure die cast aluminium housing wth toughened glass and high power LEDs as a light source and electronic driver of capacity 35 watts and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection . 10 KV SPD is also included for protection of driver and LEDs . lumen efficacy of light fitting shall be 110 LM/W. and necessary mounting arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Housing of street light fitting shall be suitable for 40 to 50 mm dia of bracket.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as/if required) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Street Light Fitting Bracket made out of GI pipe light grade, 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape and fixing to pole poles, walls etc., including supply and fixing of MS Clamp, nut-bolts as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh refilling with vegetable soil without bolders and stones, gravels and aggregate etc,and CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed or indicated including testing on completion. NOTES : The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate up to 5.00 meter above ground level.

Supply & Laying LT UG XLPE cable of size 4 core x 16 sq mm laid in trenches/ floors/ on wall/ service connections PVC insulated, sheathing and armoured 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor with necessary end terminal/ cable gland as per site requirement including connecting to the main switches/ cut outs MCB/ MCCB with necessary lugs after cutting to required length of cable all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying , testing & commissioning of LT PVC insulated, 3 core copper Conductor 1100 Volt grade, cross-sectional area 2.5 Sqmm 3 core, connecting along security pole from Junction Box to Security light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying /taking out of LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt Bricks , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks) laid in trenches perpandicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , spread and filling approved sand in cable trenches for cushioning of LT UG cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply & lay GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc of size 40 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed .
