Maintenance of 800 Sqm. Korean lawns along with 400 RM hedges plant/trees within lawn area on north and east side of Technical building, roundana near north gate office, between laboratory and 18th Unit, in front of TPM gallery, vehicle parking area, SX plant area, VSSP area etc., by engaging required skilled Mallies/Helpers for daily watering ,operating pumps as and when required, loosening soil within the hedges area ,cutting hedges once in Two months, cutting lawns once in four months removing unwanted grass/vegetation from the said areas, keeping the developed area clean by collecting and disposing of dried fallen leaves including cost of tools, tackles, sprinklers, hoses etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Maintenance of 2410 Nos. of various category saplings and crotons etc., within the plant premises by engaging required skilled Malies/Helpers daily for doing watering by drip irrigation systems, making pond around each saplings ,de-chocking nozzles, placing and tying distributor PVC pipes with nozzle to the sapling as required ,loosening soil within the pond area, removing and disposing unwanted grass/vegetation from said areas, keeping the developed area clean by collecting and disposing dried fallen leaves etc., including cost of tools and tackles etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying water with chloride content less than 700 ppm and watering 2410 nos. saplings, 800 Sqm lawns including hedges at various locations within plant premises twice in a week/ whenever required by inter carting water through mechanical means having a tank of capacity 6000 liters (minimum) including hire charges for mini tanker etc.., all complete and as directed by Engineer.
