Schedules of Works

Supply & Fix in replacement sluice valve of 80 mm dia, both side flanged and ISI marked (IS-780) of sluice valve cast iron body with CI spindle and brass fly nuts, non rising type, class PN-1.6 and cast iron hand wheel and joining with nut, bolt, washers and rubber insertion packing 6 mm thick etc complete all as specified as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but of 100 mm dia

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable/ broken Spindle CI along with the check nuts & gate from the Sluice valve 80mm dia and M&L for New Spindle with Brass Check nuts including polishing, machining, threading & necessary lathe work complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Air Release valve, supply and fix air release valve double chamber of size 80 mm dia with all fittings, including jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the broken / damaged existing valve chambers and Construction of valve chamber of internal size 110 cm x 110 cm x 90 cm in depth; with 100 mm thick PCC foundation (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), with 100 mm offset for all the sides from outer face of walls, walling with PCC block masonry built in CM (1:4), plastering to internal surfaces with 15 mm thick CM (1:4), 50 mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) on top of side walls, 3.15 mm thick mild steel cover fixed to mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm, fixed with split type hold fast- 4 Nos made out of flat iron of size 40 x 6mm, 250 mm long duly embedded in coping and fitted to angle iron frame with 03 Nos of suitable hinges provided with necessary locking arrangements including preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed steel surface and one coat of coal tar painting on steel surface embedded inside the concrete and two coats of white wash to plastered/concrete surfaces including disposal of rubbish out of premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F CI specials such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation where required will be measured and paid for separately.
